The purpose of the investigation was to supplement architectural inspection work related to alleged water penetration of the building, and to provide recommendations concerning geotechnical aspects of remedial activities, if warranted.

    - A general overview of the site noting ditches, pond, site grading, storage building and house sitting.
    - Test pits were dug to examine soil and water conditions on the site in the vicinity of the house.
    - Examination of exterior and interior building components.

Deterioration of existing fire sprinkler system piping resulted in call for an independent analysis. Through inspection, review of data and acknowledging these systems, the R.J. Bartlett Engineering Ltd. team was able to assist the building owner by:
